Human Resources 

In 2024, every HR department will deal with CSRD and the according standards for its own workforce (ESRS S1). Either due to a direct impact on 250 or more employees or following a supplier/customer request. This process will be successful if HR managers familiarize themself with the requirements of the CSRD and start collaboration with all process owners in the company. We will support you to record your HR data and process data into the sustainability report according to CSRD. An integrated component is the implementation of the results as part of employer branding.
